Joe Ozog

Originally from Detroit, Joe’s experience spans the automotive business spectrum. His region garnered Ford’s top-ranking in sales performance while managing the complex areas of Dallas, Houston and Tulsa. An accomplished CPA, Joe honed his dealership acquisition skills with Group 1 Automotive and directed key deals for CarOrder.com. He founded Ozog Consulting Group in 2003.

Randy Callison

Randy joined Ozog Consulting Group in January, 2011 bringing over 20 years of automotive experience to the team. Recently Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development for Group 1 Automotive, he assisted the company’s IPO and contributed to the firm’s accumulation of more than 100 dealerships over a ten-year period. Prior to that role, Randy’s CPA background led to financial and operations management roles with multi-line dealer stores. Randy and his wife are parents of two daughters. He is an avid outdoors man who calls Houston, Texas home.

Brian Evans

Moving forward from a distinguished career in manufacturer and dealer management, Brian joined Ozog Consulting Group in September 2010. As Vice President, Merger and Acquisitions/Manufacturer Relations for Lithia Motors, Inc., Brian facilitated the acquisition and divestitures of nearly seventy multi-million dollar dealership and real-estate transactions for the Fortune 800 entity. During his 17 years at Ford Motor Credit, Brian served in National and Regional senior executive capacities interfacing with dealerships across the country. His unique skill set and approach generates transaction confidence among dealer ownership groups. Brian and his wife of 28 years are parents of adult children and call Southern Oregon home. In his spare time, Brian enjoys all outdoor activities.

Roger Leslie

With more than 30-years’ experience in national real-estate development and franchise management, Roger plays a critical role in client service and Ozog Consulting Group’s proprietary transaction processes for its exclusive dealer list. Prior to his affiliation with Ozog, Roger was a preferred developer of more than 50 buildings (collectively valued in excess of $250 million) in twelve states for cellular phone leaders Verizon, Alltel, Bell South and Sprint. Concurrently, he became a Wendy’s International franchisee whose organization operated 19 restaurants, garnering several marketing awards along the way. An avid golfer and recipient of child advocacy commendations, Roger splits his time between Florida and Utah with his wife and three daughters.

John Wright

After completing a 40+ year career with GMAC and Ally Financial, John joined Ozog Consulting Group in March of 2014. While at GMAC and Ally, he worked in management and executive capacities interfacing with dealerships throughout the country. He was a founding member of the leadership team that established the consumer and commercial automotive lending functions at Ally Bank. John and his wife are the parents of three adult daughters and have five grandchildren. John enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and downhill skiing. He and his wife reside in North Dakota.

John Epps

John has over 35 years automotive experience and is the recently retired CFO of Mossy Organization out of San Diego. John is a Senior Analyst who is responsible for national analysis and due diligence for acquisition. He splits most of his time between South Carolina and Palm Springs, California. John Epps joined Ozog Consulting in November 2016.
