David Hacman Joins Ozog Consulting Group as Vice President of M&A

Ozog Consulting Group (OCG), a leading independent automotive consulting firm specializing in dealership mergers and acquisitions in North America, proudly announces the appointment of David Hacman as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions.

David Hacman brings a wealth of experience in automotive retail, having been involved in transactions for 118 dealerships valued at approximately $6.9 billion. In his new role, Hacman will focus on OCG’s dealership mergers and acquisitions (M&A) business.

He joins OCG after serving as Senior Director of M&A at Asbury Automotive Group, where he held numerous positions over 15 years, including roles in SEC reporting, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, national marketing, sales advising, finance and insurance management, store control, financial operations, treasury, real estate, capital projects, and M&A. Prior to Asbury, Hacman managed properties for Hines Interests LP and was an audit professional at Deloitte.

Hacman holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lee University and an MBA from Southeastern University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Georgia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA).
